Bare Minerals Foundation?

I keep reading contrasting opinions of this foundation. I want to try it if it's worth the money. I have light-beige skin. I tend to get dark cirlces under my eyes and only get occasional breakouts. My skin is a little on the dry side. Any thoughts??

Bare Minerals Foundation?
Its not worth the money at all. If you want to see what its like, go out and buy a cheap brand of loose powder from covergirl or maybelline and put it on with a brush. You get exactly the same coverage - not much.
Reply:WANTED TO TRY IT TOO..BUT I DONT THINK IT WORKS
Reply:I've never tried it, but I have seen similar products at the store. good luck
Reply:I LOVE bare minerals it gives you a great look and you get enough of it that it last a long time...... I say go for it!!!
Reply:it doesnt work. they have three shades in come in and none match my skin. it doesnt look like you have anything on at all. it's basically a waste of money.
Reply:My mom (who is in her mid 50's, occasional acne, very light but blotchy complexion) swears by this stuff. It is the only thing she will wear. She buys it off of QVC, but you can also find it in stores like Sephoria for a bit more money.
Reply:Sounds like we have the same skin! LOL I use the Bare Minerals make up and LOVE it. In my opinion it is definitely worth the money. They have a bisque that is specifically for circles uner your eyes and it works wonders. I hope you decide to try it out, you will love it!
Reply:its a very good makeup supplier; its healthy and made from all natural ingredients. it looks so natural its amazing. its worth every penny you should definite try it.
Reply:i use it and even though when you put it on.. it looks and feels like nothing.. it looks super natural.. other people notices it.. and it looks like you just naturally have clear skin.. my skin was pretty bad before i used it
Reply:It covers alot without looking caked on.. If you use clinque's face wash, toner, and lotion it will take care of your dry skin so the bare minerals will go on smoother.
Reply:I use it and it is all right. My mom swears by it but lately my natural skin has been reddish and I don't know if it is the foundation or not. My skin still looks rather blotchy and my mom says I am putting it on right but I personally don't think it matches my skin tone.
Reply:Yes, it is worth the money. Try the color "light" for your skin sounds like it would be the right color. I still use concealer under my eyes as well as the Bare Minerals. It is wonderful for covering break outs and skin imperfections in a very natural looking way. Well worth the money. ALWAYS moisturize before putting on any foundation, including this one for the best results.
Reply:Try puritycosmetics.co.uk. It looks really good!
Reply:I use it and love it. If people say it looks "cakey" then they are putting too much on. If you need a lot of coverage, buy both the foundation (put on lightly for a primer) and "Bisque", which you can use as a more heavy-duty concealer. Mineral Veil is used to reduce shininess. They key here is to put on just a little. People think it doesn't give them a lot of coverage b/c you don't SEE the makeup - it just looks like you have clear, even skin.
